Hi Corey, it can – we even have the facilities to run it, but i don’t think it’s feasible to do it on our beta, it’s hardly likely that we will be willing to deal with its support in v1 either. Because so far we have almost 5000 users and got thousand+ feedback, this is the first time it’s been asked for.

I get a memory error when trying to load the buddypress plugin into wordpress 3.0. This error did not occur with the previous version 2.92. The error is : ”Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/socialtechto.kodingen.com/httpdocs/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-messages.php on line 358”
A suggested fix is to edit the php memory allocation in wp-config.php as follows: define(’WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’);
This does not seem to word and the size of the error remains the same. I am thinking that the web server needs to reload to allocate the new memory size setting.
I guess it’s time for us to increase the php memory limit.. if aleksey thinks so too.. maybe 64 or 128mb @subhuti can we beta test this ?

The kodingen support team promptly helped me. It seems the problem was that the GD library on the PHP server didn't have jpeg support enabled. Now everything works normally! Many thanks!
